Cozy ambiance, staff are helpful and I had a wonderful experience here at Waves Coffee in Pitt Meadows, BC. Easy to spot as the location is at the corner of Harris Road and Ford Road. Decent offerings of pastries, light snacks and beverages. Loved the relaxed atmosphere and location. Absolutely coming back! It did not disappoint.

This Waves is amazing, they are always so kind & speedy. Unfortunately this afternoon I walked into grab a coffee and witnessed a few very rude customers belittling staff and questioning why they do the things they do. Both staff members handled this issue with grace, and apologetic explaining somethings are out of their hands. I just wanted to give these two a shout out because I have worked in the service industry for 10+ years and not everyone would have handed it as well as them!

Hi! Thank you to the staff this evening for great service. Not my favourite chai in the world, was watery but will try again. I would also consider removing up charge for milk alternatives, They are the same cost as regular milk to purchase. I also found the prices exorbitant and would return more often if they matched Starbucks pricing quality and lack of plant based milk upcharge. Would also consider adding an automatic door for persons with disabilities at at least one entrance. Also would appreciate at least ONE vegan option. Thanks!

friendly and cosy atmosphere with great drink sizes and prices. i love their mango smoothie with yogurt, and their matcha frappucino with ice cream is amazing. i like that there are many places to sit and study, and there is also a private room for meetings! they have never let me down with their drinks, in the winter time, i recommend their mocha. their cinnamon buns and baked goods are great. stop here to get a quick and satisfying snack alongside a flavourful drink.
